Zero-tolerance safety policy
Mindfuse only works if it feels safe to open up to a stranger. So we protect that with a simple, strict rule: we have zero tolerance for misbehaviour, and we enforce it with a two-strikes policy.
Get reported by two different people and your account is permanently removed. You do not get back on Mindfuse, ever.
Two reports and you are gone, for good
This is our two-strikes rule. If two different people report you, your account is permanently removed. No third warning, no appeal, no starting over with a new account. We would rather lose one bad user than let them ruin it for everyone else.
Sexual and predatory behaviour is not tolerated
Any sexual advance, explicit talk, or predatory behaviour has no place on Mindfuse. Serious cases like this can get you removed immediately, on the very first report. This is a place for real conversation, nothing else.
Harassment, hate and threats, same rule
Every voice on the other end is a real person. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or threats of any kind will get you removed. Basic human respect is the entry price.
Every report is reviewed, fast
Reporting someone takes one tap in the app. We review every report and act within 24 hours. If someone crosses a line, report them and we handle it.
Keep your personal information to yourself
Mindfuse is anonymous on purpose, so keep it that way. Do not share your full name, phone number, address, social media, or anything that could identify you, no matter how well the conversation is going. A real conversation never needs your personal details. If someone keeps pushing for them, end the call and report them.
Safe by design
Conversations are voice only. No video, no photos, no messages, no links. Nothing is recorded or stored. There are no profiles, so no one can find you afterwards. Everyone is 18 or over, and the small subscription keeps bots and throwaway accounts out.
Permanent means permanent
When an account is removed it stays removed. Access is revoked and the account is blocked, so a banned user cannot quietly come back and do it again.
"The whole point of Mindfuse is that a stranger is safe to talk to. Anyone who breaks that trust does not get to stay."
